Thunderbolt Auto Care Since 2018

Thunderbolt Auto Care started as the dream of one Jose' Quiles from New Jersey.  Even our name is an homage to his high school mascot.  Jose' moved to Ohio to attend Ohio Technical College.  He started the business out of a friend's garage. We had our first commercial home in Garfield Heights.  We are forever grateful to our neighbors who sustained us in those early days, some of whom still make the trek out to our current home in Cleveland Heights for service. We love serving our neighbors here in The Heights and being a part of this vibrant community!

Every oil change includes an inspection.  We're going to check your lights, brakes, suspension, and more.  We do our best to explain what we see on your vehicle.  Knowing how something works helps repair and maintenance recommendations make sense.  If we recommend something- there's a reason behind it.

Our lead technician has over 20 years of experience and is ASE certified.  Our service advisor strives to make your experience as smooth as possible from scheduling, to emailing quotes, to getting you back in your vehicle.
